1. Product Information & Health Disclaimers

  • General Wellness: All ShakeURGreen products, including cold-pressed juices and dietary supplements, are intended to support general whole-body wellness.

  • Not Medical Advice: Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new dietary routine.

  • Home Production Notice: Certain products are produced in a private residence exempt from government licensing and inspection under local regulations.

2. Storage, Perishability, & Safety

  • Perishable Goods: Our cold-pressed juices are raw, unpasteurized, and contain no artificial preservatives. They must be kept refrigerated at all times.

  • Consumption Timeline: Juices are best consumed within 5 days of thawing or by the expiration date printed on the bottle. Consume at your own risk if stored improperly.

  • Allergen Warning: Our products are processed in a facility that may handle other common allergens. Please review the ingredient lists carefully before consumption if you have known sensitivities.

Orders, Payments, & Cancellations

  • Pricing: All prices for juices, supplements, and merchandise are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product description/pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Cancellations: Because our juices are fresh and made-to-order, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
